The Little Engine that Could: A Small-Town Home Building Business is Recognized for a National Award

Being from a small town in Saskatchewan hasn’t stopped Minard’s Steadfast Homes from being recognized on a national level. The company, located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, was recently awarded the Best Residential Home in all the Prairie Provinces award, given out at the annual Manufactured Home Association Prairie Provinces (MHAPP) conference in Banff. It was the first time they had applied for the award, and it couldn’t have been a better outcome for our clients, Susan and Gene Minard.

Providing a Quality Product for their Customer

Contrary to what people think, Minard’s Steadfast Homes does not sell mobile homes, they sell Manufactured Homes, Modular Homes and Ready to Move (RTM) Homes. They partner with SRI Estevan and Triple M Housing in Lethbridge to provide the highest quality and value for their customers. They treat their customers like friends, and live by the principle to “treat people like you want to be treated”.

Their Ready to Move (RTM) home, the Masterpiece FOWLER FOW6060, recently won the award. The home, built at 2457 square ft. with three bedrooms and two and a half baths, is top notch.
